    Harry has been a chef since he was 17 and is incredibly passionate about cooking. With experience in Michelin starred kitchen and winning accolades such as 3 AA rosettes his skills and love for food shine through with his interesting and ever changing menus.

    Chris has had extensive experience in cooking and has worked in many notable kitchens with Michelin stars and AA rosettes, his skills and devotion to cooking is apparent with the tasty dishes he creates.

    Chris also ran his own food truck, Porkbox during the lockdown period touring the country cooking a host of Italian inspired street food.

    Sally is an International Wine Business Graduate who studied at Plumpton College and has over 16 years experience in the hospitality industry.

    With roles working with many notable English Wine producers and as a sommelier has extensive knowledge when it comes to creating a drinks list.
