A menu composed with our ethos at its core of being very simple and very concise. We aim to showcase the best sustainable produce from Sussex farms and some of our favourite suppliers further afield.

Our evenings are about relaxed and casual dining, with an ever-changing a la carte menu, alternatively try our Chefs menu, showcasing the very best of Squisito, chosen by the chefs that day. Paired with a concise and interesting wine list.
