Welcome to our cocktail and wine bar, conveniently situated next to our restaurant in The Needlemakers building. This delightful addition provides guests with a perfect retreat to relax after a meal or a vibrant spot to catch up with friends over a cocktail. By day, it transforms into a cozy haven for coffee and croissants, while by evening, it becomes a lively speakeasy offering some of the finest cocktails in town. Additionally, we serve a selection of delectable snacks and sandwiches from our bar area.

    COFFEE

    We source our coffee from Brighton based roasters Murmuration who in turn focus on sourcing their beans from single farm estates and co-operatives keeping the offering versatile and exciting. It also carries through our theme of sustainability and letting the base product speak for itself.
